Jobsite: Granite Properties Parking Garage (Dallas,TX)

Repair Scenario: Concrete was delaminating and had begun falling from parking garage ceiling creating a hazard to occupants.

Description: TCR closed down sections of the parking garage and set up rolling scaffolding that could easily be moved to various repair locations throughout the garage. We would cut each repair area with a diamond blade on a hand-grinder to square off repair area. We then used chipping hammers to remove all unsound concrete. TCR then prepped each repair area and patched back with ARDEX B20 overhead repair mortar and finished to match existing concrete. To achieve a more uniform appearance, we then  applied a coat of ARDEX OVP so that each repair area would blend in better with surrounding concrete.
