Jobsite:  FT. HOOD, TX

Repair Scenario:  Install Self-Leveling topping to existing concrete slab. Depths ranging from 1/8” to 1.25”

Description:  TCR began by shot blasting existing concrete surface to provide an adequate surface profile for material to bond to properly. After shot blasting, TCR installed acrylic primer. Once primer was allowed sufficient dry time, TCR began pumping Self-Leveling Cement onto existing slab. The job was done in two phases. The first section called for just over 400 bags of material that was pumped in just under 2 hours. The second pour was over 600 bags and was completed in approximately 3 hours.
